Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your pergola is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the pergola must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order pergolas
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling after delivery

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Costs

If the issue was caused by our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after inspection approval.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different pergola style, size, or design, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

  • A description of the problem

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations
